Reliable service again

I've ordered from Padel-Point a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got some new Padelbälle and a couple of Ersatzgriffbänder. Everything arrived on time, just like my previous orders. The quality of the products is what I expect, and their stock is usually good. It's why I keep coming back when I need something for padel.

Got my new shorts

Needed some new Padel-Shorts and Padel-Point had a decent selection. Found a pair I liked and they got here pretty quick, actually a day earlier than the tracking said. They fit just right, which is always nice when you're ordering clothes online. The website was easy to use too, didn't have any trouble finding what I needed. Overall, a good experience.

Good deal on a new racket

I was looking for a new padel racket and saw Padel-Point had some sales going on. I picked up a Tropfenform Schläger that was marked down quite a bit. The shipping was free, which always helps when you're trying to save money. It felt like a solid purchase for the price I paid. I was happy with the overall value.

How long does shipping usually take to, say, Miami, FL? Need a new pair of shoes pretty soon.

N Nina Lindqvist 2 months ago
Hmm, I'm in NYC and it took about a week for my last order to arrive. Keep in mind they ship from Germany, so it won't be Amazon Prime fast.

Yeah, a week to ten days is pretty standard for international stuff. They don't have express shipping if I remember right, so plan ahead.

Thinking about getting the Bullpadel Vertex, but also looking at the Nox AT10. Any thoughts on Padel-Point vs Smashinn for getting one?

L Laura Vargas 2 months ago
I'd check both sites for pricing, especially with shipping. Sometimes one has a better deal on specific brands. Padel-Point usually has a really good selection though.

Padel-Point usually has good stock and fast shipping for European orders, not sure how it stacks up for US vs Smashinn. Definitely compare prices and total cost with shipping on both.

Is it worth waiting for Black Friday deals or should I just buy my gear now? Need new shoes and a couple of tubes of balls.

T Tom 2 months ago
Black Friday usually has some decent sales, especially on older models or certain brands. If you can wait, you might save a good chunk.

Depends on how desperate you are! If you can hold off, you'll probably get more bang for your buck on BF. Prices can drop by quite a bit for some stuff.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a new racket. Does anyone know if Padel-Point is legit? Never ordered from them before.

J Julia N. 2 months ago
Yeah, totally legit. I've bought shoes and a couple of rackets there, no issues at all. They're part of the Tennis-Point group, I think.

Can confirm, they're good to go. Got my last padel bag from them. Delivery was quick and everything was as described.

Are their 'pro' rackets actually for pros or can an advanced amateur handle them? Looking at a diamond-shaped one.

K Kate Bennett 2 months ago
Pro rackets just means they're higher end, usually stiffer and with more power focus. An advanced amateur can definitely use them, but it depends on your game style. Might want to check out some reviews for specific models first.

I'd say if you're hitting hard and consistently, go for it. But if you're more about control and placing the ball, a round or teardrop shape might be better, even a 'pro' one.
